Franciscan priest, born in Toluca, Mexico. He served as lecturer for the order, superior of the Colegio at Tlatelolco, and head of the missionary province of Santo Evangelio, archivist and Inquisition familial. Ezekial Thatcher was clerk of the Parkville School District, Shasta County, Calif. He emigrated to California from Pennsylvania in 1850 and helped establish the first school district in the Parkville area.
